For years, this village suffered without fresh water. On World Water Day 2026, we broke ground on their new well - and now hundreds of people have fresh, clean water whenever they need it! 💦

The drillers are working at night, because it’s too hot during the day.

Water was a constant worry in this colony. Sometimes the tanker came in the morning. Sometimes in the middle of the night. Sometimes it didn’t come at all. The women slept lightly, ready to run with their pots as soon as they heard the engine. If they missed it, there would be no water for their families that day.

But *today* is different.

Today, the drillers hit water, and these families are one step closer to getting their own well.

No more nights of wakeful sleep.
No more racing to get in line before the water runs out.
No more rationing water for small children because there isn’t enough.

But these girls can smile... because they DON'T have to walk miles in that heat to find clean water. It's right here, in the middle of their village. And it's amazing.🩵

The story of HOPE continues...

This well was built two years ago with a simple inscription: the word "HOPE" in the local language. Today, hundreds of families use this well. Children are attending school without losing hours collecting water. Families face fewer health risks. The community is steadily rebuilding its future.

Access to clean water is not just a service - it is a foundation for dignity, health, and HOPE.
