A message from our Friends of Ball Pond President, Mark Spellmann:

You are invited to our annual Friends of Ball Pond Holiday Party!

When: Sunday December 7th, 1 pm - 4 pm.

Where: The Spellmann’s - 119 Ball Pond Rd.

We will have our main courses catered. Please bring a side dish, dessert, wine, or anything else you’d like to bring. But it’s fine if you don’t have time to make anything—just bring yourself!

We will have a Ball Pond holiday store for Friends of Ball Pond merch, featuring our newest items! Thank you, Melanie and Katie!

Our treasurer will be here, so it will be a good time to pay your Friends of Ball Pond dues. We greatly appreciate your support:

$35 for friends who live on the lake

$15 for the rest of our friends

$10 for seniors.

Donations are appreciated. Thank you to our friends who have already generously donated! And thank you to our treasurer, Heather.

Parking: If you need to park up on our driveway you may—please leave the driveway for friends with limited mobility. If there’s room, you can park down along the bottom of our front yard parallel to the street, and just across the street by our mailbox.

You may also park in our neighbor’s field at the top of Charles Lane and walk in through our backyard. There’s plenty of room back there. Thank you, Jillian and Julian!

And lastly, if you would like text messages as well as emails about our events, please email me your #, or give it to Heather at our party.

Looking forward to seeing you!

Our board President, Mark Spellmann, was grateful for the opportunity to meet Senator Blumenthal.

Today is one of our favorite days of the year! It’s our 10th Annual Music Festival on Ball Pond
Our program will start at 4:00 pm. For more information, please see the second photo.

The boat launch gets crowded so please arrive early and be patient with your neighbors while they get their boats in the water.

Please protect Ball Pond from zebra mussels by washing and drying any boats and trailers that are coming from other lakes!
