July 2nd and 3rd we are asking the Baldwinsville Community and surrounding areas to join our event! The Baldwinsville Celebrates Council is calling on the Baldwinsville Community and our friends to help us create the best celebration for our country's 250th Birthday and raise money for our Baldwinsville Community Food Pantry! We are looking for sponsors and donations to help us meet our $25,000 fu
ndraising goal. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we didn't have a celebration this past 4th however due to that we learned how amazing our community members are by stating they would have helped donate had they known! WE NEED EVERYONE'S HELP! Now we have the opportunity to work together as a community in our fundraising efforts so we can bring this event to our Village, have enough money left over from the proceeds to create a foundation for 2027 and donate to The Baldwinsville Food Pantry in honor of Sally Dayger who has been a huge advocate and wonderful person who's always held Baldwinsville dearly in her heart. The outline for the event is as follows:
Thursday, July 2nd (the actual date of the signing of the Declaration of Independence)

7-10:15pm, Mercer Park, Live Music and Fireworks
Friday, July 3rd
12 - 5:00pm - Baldwin Square, Kid and Family activity area, vendors, food, DJ
12 - 5:00pm -The Wall/Visitor Center ~ Artists and Crafts Vending
12 - 8::00pm - Mercer Park ~ Live Music, Vending, Food
Saturday, July 4th
8 - 10:00 am - The Wall/Visitor Center ~ Bee Your Best Continental Breakfast
This is a family friendly, free admission event. For those who like adult beverages, we are collaborating with the local restaurants to come up with something special for all. We will fill in all the details as we build and grow. We are looking for vendors, businesses in Baldwinsville and anyone who would like to participate please reach out.
