Every year, the Baldwin Little Little honors one of our volunteers with the Rob Oliveri Volunteer of the Year award. This year's recipient is Kevin McShane.

Kevin has coached in our Challenger Program for 20 years. The Challenger Program is a no cost program for players with Special Needs and runs from ages 4-99.

Kevin's dedication to his son Michael and his friends has led him to hold practices and games at Baldwin Park from April-November every year as well as organize tournament outings and games with other Special Needs teams in the area. We thank Coach Kevin for his leadership and service throughout the years and look forward to many more!
