So apparently this is what happens to this sh*tty Ryan homes lumber no matter how often you stain it. My house is up on Towervue and built much later than on Michael. Check your decking if it looks split or damaged. I fell through and it doesn’t feel good. Haha

Happy Fall All:
A few of you in the community have wanted to have a get together at the pavilion. How about Sunday, Oct 24th ? (no steelers or penguins playing that day) I only have a few emails from community people ( as you can see from the TO: list) please feel free to extend the invite to anyone who would like to attend!! The theme is Octoberfest so bring alcohol, nonalcoholic beverages, food etc to share with attendees!! I have some paper products ( plates, napkins, silverware, cups) leftover from our previous get together.
