~Honoring Mother’s with a Cause 💕~
This is celebrating the with our friends at P.S. 48Q!
In addition to the festivities we will be bringing awareness to the issue of Black Maternal Mortality ❤️:
According to the CDC, “Black women are three times more likely to die from a pregnancy-related cause than White women”. Multiple factors contribute to these disparities, which range from medical biases to adequate medical resources.

So we encourage you all to use this holiday to honor the mom in your life, and remember the mothers who have passed, so that together we can curb this medical & public health crisis 🙏🏾
