On September 15, 1935, Germany didn't just hate its Jewish citizens. It made that hatred the law of the land. 📜

The Nuremberg Laws stripped Jewish Germans of their citizenship overnight. They were no longer "Germans." They were legally defined as a separate, inferior race. Jews could not marry non-Jews. They could not employ German women under 45. They could not display the German flag. With the stroke of a pen, 500,000 people became strangers in the country their families had called home for generations.

What makes the Nuremberg Laws so chilling isn't just the cruelty: it's the bureaucracy. The precision. The paperwork. Hatred organized into categories, charts, and legal definitions. This wasn't a mob. This was a government. And the world watched.
