Hello, everyone! One of our volunteers and a long time BHI resident lost her wedding ring set while bagging at the store on Saturday. We would love it if anyone who shopped the store can check their bags for the rings. She has had the set for over 40 years and would love to have them back.

If you have the rings, please give us a call at the store: 910-457-0917

Thank you! 💚🐢

This fall, join the Bald Head Island Conservancy for invasive plant removal for dune restoration. Volunteers will help remove invasive beach vitex from dune sites across Bald Head Island, helping protect and restore our coastal habitat.

• September through December, starting at 8:30 a.m. (visit link below for available dates)
• Meet at the Conservancy front porch
• Gloves and hand tools provided

Volunteers should be comfortable working in the sun, using hand tools, stooping, digging, and carrying plant material. Please wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and sun protection.

No gardening experience necessary! If you enjoy weeding, this is the job for you!
