A Shift responded to a structure fire with heavy smoke around 10pm last night. B1, E1, E2, T1, squad 4 with mutual aid from Seagoville extinguished the fire and cleared any extension possibilities. All residents were safe and our thoughts are with them during this time.

BSFD personnel were dispatched to a medical call where the patient presented with extreme chest pain to include left arm pain. After evaluation/12 lead and meds the patient was transported to the hospital where it was confirmed the patient had 100% blockage and the appropriate measures were taken and the patient discharged from the hospital 2 days later. We are proud to work alongside with firefighters like LT Shane Stubbs and D/E Patrick Schwartz.
