Posted • THIS!!! 100% accuracy. People often react towards me with some offense when I ask if they train. This question comes after I hear “I’ll beat their ass” or some form of that. I’m not saying you won’t, I simply ask because the fight will always start in the mental state, first. If you’re not training that and your body doesn’t understand how to respond it’s going to be difficult for you to engage successfully.
Train and train regularly. Train your mind and body. 💋💋💋

10 years ago I sparred for the first time. It was kick boxing and I had only 3 months into training. Having never participating or training in any martial art before-it was brutal. If I’m honest, I had a really bad coach when I started. His tactics and coaching style sucked. I realized right away that his overall character as a person was trash. Thinking back to these days makes me angry and sad for all the people that come and go in these toxic and unsafe gyms. They’re looking for guidance and acceptance and find the opposite. So if this is you at the beginning or if you want to start and aren’t sure where to, remember that there are good and bad in everything. Speak up for yourself, ask questions, and trust your gut. This journey and lifestyle is rewarding and fulfilling if given the chance to thrive and challenge yourself.

Folks, we must stand up for these kids getting bullied. And if your kid is the bully, you must deal with the consequences as the adult.
• Bullies hate to be bullied. How quickly they become victims. Yesterday, I got a message from . This woman I posted is the mother of the girl that viciously attacked Londyn, she started commenting sh*t talk on Londyn's page.

Yes, you read that correct, the BULLIES MOM DECIDED TO BULLY A LITTLE GIRL.

All I did was screenshot her comments that she posted publicly and let the world see what she did. That's truly all I did, I allowed her comments to be viewed on a bigger stage.

I sent no one after you, trust me.

1. I have rules, I'd never send people after a woman.
2. If I sicked the dogs on you, you would not be posting about it because you would never receive a threat. Trust me.

Needless to say, I'm asking all of my followers, please do not threaten this woman. I doubt you have, but if you have, stop now. And drop it and leave her alone. Let her crawl back into her safe space after she experienced what it feels like to be the victim.

This should be a lesson to all you bully f*cks. The world is much bigger than your campground. Fck around and find out.

Lastly, this woman gets no apology from me, because she's the one who did it. Perhaps she should take responsibility for her actions and let this be a learning experience.
