Hello ladies, some exciting news we are doing a event on April 13th 2024. Bakersfield Wito at the Lake.Location is Buena Vista Aquatic Recreation area " BV Lake".Cost is $80/ women and $65/girl age 14-17. What is included 2 classes on Saturday and lunch. We will have raffles and games to play at lunch. How to sign up. Go to www.canwtf.org go under events and search our event up. Purchase your tickets and we will email you your class list to pick out what you would like to take.If you have any questions reach out and i will get them answered for you. Due to unprecedented weather events throughout the last few months leading to roads being inaccessible to the location of camp, high mountain runoff/streams that have become rivers through the Carver Ranch, we have decided to cancel the 2023 Women In The Outdoors event. We are very disappointed to have to cancel this years’ event – in the meantime, we are going to spend extra time this year revamping for the 2024 WITO.



Options for refunds:

1. We can hold your registration for 2024.

2. We can return your registration money via check in the mail.

Please let us know what you would like to do.



WITO is planned for May 17th-19th in 2024.

We can always use more helpers on our planning committee, please reach out to us if you’d like to help or for more information on how to help.
