Sometimes it takes a lot of strength to admit you have PTSD, sometimes you have to be at your lowest to admit you have PTSD. Admitting or asking for help is the first step to your better future. Too many Veterans try to hide this issue or won't admit they have PTSD, and it not only hurts them, it also hurts their loved ones. If you feel that PTSD is taking over your life, feel free to reach out to us, you can anonymously or ask a family member to reach out, we can't personally help you but we know about the local resources that can, or at least get you pointed in the right direction.
