2. Wear Gold or Cancer Awareness Gear, Gold is the color of Childhood Cancer Advocacy. When you wear gold or any cancer awareness gear, you are not just making a statement-you’re offering hope, unity, and remembrance. Where we will go before our Bakersfield City Council and ask them to GO GOLD with us and Proclaim September 2025 as
“Childhood Cancer Awareness Month”
We will be speaking on behalf of the families of survivors, fighters and in honor of those gone too soon. We pray that the hearts and the minds of our city leaders will be moved and help us spread Childhood Cancer Awareness.

From us at GGTHEWARRIOR we give our deepest condolences to the Gutierrez family. We received devastating news that our dear friend Manuel Gutierrez has passed away. He was a big part of GGTHEWARRIOR. Always lending a hand to help us help others. We are hurting, the community is hurting. This is a tremendous loss, and he will be deeply missed.

Thank you, Manuel for everything.
Rest in peace dear friend. 🙏

Congratulations GG🎗️

Announcing our LLS Dare to Dream Days Honored Hero, GG Guerrero!

GG is a resilient and inspiring young survivor who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in February 2019. After undergoing intense treatment, including chemotherapy and multiple hospital stays, GG reached remission just 29 days after starting treatment. Now finished with treatment and still in remission, GG proudly uses her voice through LLS to inspire others and remind us all to Be GG Brave!

We’re proud to honor GG. Their experience is a powerful reminder of why we dare to dream of a future with safer treatments, stronger support, and real hope for every child with blood cancer.
