You know life has been so good to me that I just wanted to take a moment and thank all those that supported the Jeremy Staat foundation and myself. It’s amazing to me that life has been happening so quick with the new baby, new career, new educational goal that I really haven’t had time for social media. It’s hard to believe that it has been over a year and a half since we closed the doors on the foundation, but as one exciting chapter closes in my life, another chapter, bigger and better opens up. This chapter has and is going to be the most exciting yet! This is the chapter where I get to be the best husband and father that I can be and to raise a family of my own and invest all of my time and share all of life experiences with my wife and our two beautiful boys that I am so blessed to have. It is time for me to continue my education and earn my masters degree in education, to focus on my new career and to continue to serve the community that has supported me for the past 20 years. I thank you Bakersfield and Kern County for all that you have done for me. I also want to thank the hundreds if not thousands of people who supported me here in Kern County and across this great nation of ours. I am a firm believer that no man makes it to the top on his own, and I just wanted to take a moment to reflect back on all those that help me achieve my goals, so once again, ”Thank you” from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to serve you and to be apart of your life, I couldn’t have done it without you. I am still amazed that at 38 years old that I have accomplished so much and still have a lot of work to do. I guess this is the point in my life where I “stop and smell the roses.”

Semper Fi and God Bless,

Jeremy Staat
