Bakersfield Young Professionals (BYP) is a program of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber. We invite you to connect!

BYP strives to inspire personal & professional development, encourage networking & provide philanthropic opportunities for YPs to give back. BYP VISION:

Grow a vibrate community of young professionals in Bakersfield to be the heartbeat of the city’s economic, government and neighborhoods new growth. BYP is a catalyst of change for the City of Bakersfield. BYP Overview:
Bakersfield Young Professionals (BYP) is driven by local professionals between the ages of 21-35 who are the future of the greater Bakersfield area. This group is looking to enhance their professional development, aid in growing the community through community service, meet other young professionals through social events and have the opportunity to learn from local seasoned professionals. BYP is a group of driven, energetic, innovative, committed and proud professionals and we are moving forward with changing how our age group interacts within our community.
