Leaders in Life Youth Conference )'( A conference planned for TEENS by TEENS! This event focuses on teen topics, features speakers, over 3

THe Leaders in Life Youth Conference is only made possible by the planning by youth from October-March. Leaders in Life has 5 subcommittees that focus on separate aspects to the happening of the conference. The 5 subcommittees are:

SPEAKERS & WORKSHOPS: Arranges Opening & Keynote Speakers and every workshop at the conference. VENUE & LOGISTICS: Arranges the use of the Rabobank Convention Center,

food for the conference, delegate surveys, and many more minor, but crucial logistics. RESOURCE FAIR: Arranges all booths that are informational to teens (Colleges, Career Options, etc.) FUNDRAISING: Raises funds for the conference and/or other necessary expenses through many methods(Fundraisers, Presentations, etc.) MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS: Advertises anything LIL through (Public Service Announcements, Social Media, etc.) Arranges LIVE interviews, LIVE shots-day of conference, the filming of the Kern County "TO YOUR HEALTH" Public Health Show.
