We are excited to welcome you all to the first annual Lifestyle Health Expo on October 15, 2023, 10AM to 3PM. This one-day event will encourage the entire family to practice healthy lifestyles. Area 5 Center for Lifestyle Health Transformation in Kern County is proud to partner with Pacific Healthcare Services and Adventist Health Bakersfield to lead the lifestyle transformation of our communities. Free health screening and consultation await the first 50 guests, lifestyle health coaching for the first 300 guests, free massages, and spiritual care throughout the day, courtesy of our valuable medical and allied health volunteers, and lifestyle health experts.

Be familiar with RESTFUL, the 12 lifestyle health principles and practices that could improve or reverse chronic illness.
