It is a privilege to support the education of the Bakersfield community and promote cultural pride for the benefit of the youth & families of Kern Co. Participant Parade Entry fee is $50.00 per group - Vendors fees are determined upon application submission -
Parade is otherwise free to the public with
CDC recommended guidelines acknowledge and you are directed to govern yourselves accordingly.
