🖤✨ SHE’S DISCOVERING WHO SHE IS AND WHO SHE’S BECOMING! ✨🖤

Session 2 of the Lift Her Up Academy was all about “Self-Discovery & Confidence”, and Mrs. Juanita Caudle had our girls locked in from start to finish! 🙌🏾 Her powerful story reminded them that their past doesn’t define them, their purpose does.

💭💫 Our young ladies also started creating their very own “Dream Jackets” a visual of their goals, dreams, strengths, and the incredible women they are becoming.

From future nurses and entrepreneurs to teachers, choreographers, engineers, business owners, and leaders, each jacket showcases who they will be and we believe every girl deserves the freedom to dream for herself and build a future she’s proud of.

We’ve witnessed the tears, the frustrations, the moments of wanting to quit, the accountability, the growth, and the courage it took to get out of your own way. We’ve navigated distractions, boyfriends, girlfriends, setbacks, victories, and life itself.

APPLY NOW in BIO, it’s FREE!

Lift Her Up Academy is a 12-week empowerment experience designed for young ladies ages 12–18, focused on building confidence, life skills, and leadership through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world exposure.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

Build confidence and self-awareness through guided mentorship

Learn essential life skills including time management, communication, and decision-making

Gain financial literacy skills such as budgeting, saving, and understanding money

Explore career pathways through resume-building, mock interviews, and guest speakers

Develop entrepreneurship and personal branding skills

Participate in health, hygiene, and self-care workshops

Engage in hands-on experiences like cooking, baking, and creative projects

Attend college exposure and career-focused field trips beyond Bakersfield

Program Details:

Dates: June 2 – August 15, 2026
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Duration: 12 Weeks (24 Sessions)
Location: Bakersfield, CA (Location details provided upon acceptance)
