Still currently working on so many things! I try to relax so I've been writing down what my needs are and my wants! Remember we are all human an have different interests needs wants likes and dislikes. I'm encouraging those suffering from any hardships such as (Depression. Anxiety, OCD, family violence , sexual assault and so much more to grab a journal and try writing it out. What helps is to replace any names with a different word to concealed anyone's identity remember we have to stay safe. ! Create a plan of safety If the problem is unavoidable reach out for help. There are hotlines and assistance to an extent. I'm trying to fight for quicker assistance for those who ask but get ignored. So let's do this together to save those who are hurting. I do want to remind everyone some words CAN....take a life. Think before you say it. Try repeating in your head and if it sounds alright go ahead but put your self in the place of the other person. If you things they will respond negativity then do not do it u till they cool down. ! Communication is everything.
