Part 2 of our Tehachapi High School visit 🌱

We had the opportunity to tour the farm with their amazing FFA president and hear about the future plans for the program.

Since Tehachapi had an FFA program years ago, they already have a great foundation to build from and are able to reuse many of the resources already on site. From animal areas to storage spaces, it’s exciting to see these opportunities come back to life for future students.

They’re currently working on water irrigation and hope to begin above-ground gardening soon. We can’t wait to see where this upcoming journey takes them! 🌾

Stockdale High School’s 2026 grant will support the launch of their Agriculture pathway and FFA program after 20 years!🌾

The grant will fully fund an FFA start-up kit for their new teacher and future students, including official jackets, scarves, ties, and banners to help build leadership opportunities on campus.

Expected to impact 100–130 students, this project is an exciting first investment in Stockdale’s Agriculture pathway and will help prepare students with valuable leadership and career-ready skills for the future.
