Our focus is to have all families be safe, healthy and most importantly self-sustaining. The Greenfield Family Resource Center advocates and supports families in the community to improve the education, health, safety, social and emotional success of families by providing them access to needed resources. Classes in nutrition, preventive health care and parenting support groups are provided througho
ut the year. Certified assistants can help in Healthy Families, Food Stamp and Medi-Cal applications. Case management services are available to families in need of setting and reaching goals. Services for children 0-5 are offered through the School Readiness Program. The Greenfield HELPS (Healthy Enriched Lives Produce Success) Collaborative is a partnership of community agencies, businesses and schools all working together to address the needs of children and families in the Greenfield Union School District. Monthly collaborative meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at the Greenfield Family Resource Center. The Greenfield Family Resource Center is a family empowerment center.
