Youth Connection, Inc Youth Connection was established with a commitment to keeping Kern County youth out of the Juvenile Justice System.

At-risk youth are connected to community programs in hopes of redirecting their lives. Eligible at-risk youth are placed into recreational and/or education programs at little to no-cost to parents.
