Catrina Gonzalez shares her experience joining the support group at Amelia Molloy’s Angels and how she never expected it to become something she and her husband needed so deeply during their infertility journey.

Infertility can feel incredibly isolating, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. There is comfort in being surrounded by people who understand the emotions, the uncertainty, the heartache, and the hope that comes with this journey.

A little friendly competition never hurt anyone… 😉🏆

Our first Men’s Support Group was filled with laughs, fellowship, and yes… a little competition! 😂 But more importantly, it was a space for men to come together, connect, and simply be around others who understand.

Men are often taught to keep their emotions in, to “tough it out,” or that showing vulnerability is a sign of weakness. But we believe there is strength in showing up, being honest, and knowing you don’t have to carry everything alone. 🩵

We are so proud of the men who showed up and took that first step. And we’ll continue to keep this space open for those who may not be ready yet, when you’re ready, we’ll be here!

Because sometimes support doesn’t have to start with words. Sometimes it starts with simply showing up.
