With a heavy heart, we have to announce that Cruz'n for a Cure that was already postponed to November, will now be postponed to 2021 (exact date to be determined). This decision was based on the Governors metrics and the Kern County Cancer Fund / Campout Against Cancer had to make the tough call to cancel a live event and go virtual. We are working with them to create a special downtown cruise event (we also host the monthly cruises downtown and a Hart Park) to possibly help them raise funds for Kern County cancer patients that rely on the funds raised.

For those who are unfamiliar with Campout Against Cancer and the Kern County Cancer fund, 97% of the money raised by the event goes back to Kern County's cancer patient community. Everything with the organization is strictly volunteer based. They provide transportation (especially pediatric patients since Kern County does not have a pediatric cancer unit) to Dr.'s visits, help pay for treatments for cancer patients, etc.
