Who We Are
We are a conservative group that strongly believes in property rights.
And that goes both ways:
👉 You should be able to do what you want with your land—as long as it doesn’t negatively affect your neighbors.
We are not talking about views from our kitchen windows or construction noise.
This is about real harm to property, public safety, and our environment.
When land is cleared and built up beyond what it should be, it changes how water moves—
👉 flooding neighboring properties and roadways so low-lying areas can be developed is not acceptable.
Your property rights shouldn’t trump mine.
When permit requirements aren’t enforced, and rules are ignored to push higher density—
👉 roads become unsafe
👉 emergency services are stretched too thin
We should never have to question whether help will come when we call.
Your property rights shouldn’t trump mine.
And when there is little to no oversight, we see the environmental impacts:
👉 runoff affecting our waterways
👉 overuse of septic systems and strain on soil and water quality
👉 growing concerns about water supply
Your property rights shouldn’t trump mine.
People who live in rural, AG-zoned areas made intentional choices—
to live and invest where density is limited, where infrastructure matches the land, and where community character is protected.
👉 Developers don’t get to ignore those protections
or reinterpret them for profit.
That isn’t development—
that’s taking something from the people who already live there.
Your property rights shouldn’t trump mine.
All of this is being done to increase profit margins—often by developers who don’t live here—
while squeezing out local farmers and putting our community at risk.
None of us want to spend our time, money, and energy fighting the county.
But we believe this is a higher calling.
And we are choosing to be obedient.
We’re asking others to stand with us:
👉 Show up
👉 Speak out
👉 Share the information
👉 Get involved
Because nothing changes unless people demand it.
Let’s come together and do what’s right.
Numbers matter.
I am attaching a letter about an appeal that was just ruled in favor of a resident, Alan Osborne, suing Walton County. It can be done!🙌🏼
