Kindred Spirits Therapy Minis We are a 501(3)c organization dedicated to improving the health and well being of children and adults I have had horses and often people ask to come see them.

I have always loved horses, Id say "I get it honest" from my mother. I decided to bring my horses to those that Cannot readily get out and come to my farm. I quickly discovered the big 1200lb guy as loving as he is offers some hurdles. One evening I was following the progress of one Miniature horse Therapy group, and the idea was born but I wanted to the joy of training my own Mini to see the prog

ress to have that bond myself. Again one evening I seen my first Mini Picasso, there he was in some "feed lot" waiting for man to determine his fate I could not help but be drawn to this little guy and he had to come to FL. So- $$$ exchanged hands travel was arranged and he was on his way. A year later I have trained him and taken him to several locations in our Community wanting to take things slowly as he too needed to heal from his ordeal at the auction houses and feed lots. I am happy to say he has become the sweet loving little guy I knew he desperately wanted to be. So- here we are we now have two Minis and we are moving forward into obtaining our 501 to open more doors and from there "Sky's the Limit"!!!

Today is especially meaningful as we celebrate not only Independence Day, but also America's 250th birthday—250 years of freedom, resilience, hope, and the enduring spirit of this great nation.

We are forever grateful to the brave men and women, past and present, who have sacrificed so much to protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Wishing you a day filled with family, laughter, fireworks, and cherished memories. May God continue to bless your home, our military, our veterans, and the United States of America.

As part of the Week of the Military Child, Kindred Spirits Therapy Minis was honored to visit the students at Eglin Air Force Base School.

Military children face unique challenges and sacrifices as they support their families through deployments, relocations, training schedules, and the demands of military life. This week is dedicated to recognizing their strength, resilience, and service.

Our minis were thrilled to spend time with these incredible students, sharing smiles, laughter, hugs, and a little extra encouragement. Watching the children connect with the horses and seeing their faces light up is always a reminder of why we do what we do.

A heartfelt thank you to the staff, faculty, and students for welcoming us. It was a privilege to celebrate these amazing military children and the important role they play in our military community.

💜🐴 During the Week of the Military Child, purple represents the combined colors of all military branches and symbolizes the strength and sacrifice of military-connected youth.

Dear Kindred Spirits Therapy Minis Community,

As we approach a new year, I feel led to share a heartfelt update. Over the past season, I’ve walked through a number of personal challenges and transitions that required my full attention and a period of healing and reflection. During that time, I know I was not as available to this community as I strive to be, and I want to sincerely apologize for any absence you may have felt.

Through it all, the Lord has been faithful. He has carried me, restored my strength, and reminded me of the calling He placed on my life through this ministry. Kindred Spirits Therapy Minis has always been more than a program—it has been a place of hope, connection, and God’s gentle healing, shared through every visit and every encounter with our beloved minis.

Even in the quieter months, my commitment to this mission never wavered. I am grateful for the grace, patience, and support so many of you have shown. Your kindness has been a blessing.

With renewed clarity and prayerful direction, I am excited to share that KSTM will continue its outreach into 2026. We are preparing for a year of restored purpose, expanded opportunities, and continued service to children, families, veterans, and all those the Lord places in our path.

Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for loving this herd. And thank you for believing in the work God continues to do through Kindred Spirits Therapy Minis.
