We are saddened to report that Vicki Coghill, wife of our Hall of Fame wrestling coach Graham Coghill, has passed away. She was a presence at all Chanel wrestling matches, and sometimes the only voice in the gym you could hear on the mat.

Congratulations to Kenny Trusnik, the 2025 Grau-Breslin Award recipient for outstanding service by an alumni of the Professional MBA program!

Kenny's nomination read, in part, "He utilized his MBA education to create and run his own business...he started his company the same way he accomplished his MBA--on a part-time basis--and once it grew into a full-time, impactful endeavor, he helped each of his customers grow their business and he provided jobs to the community..." Kenny served on the Professional MBA Advisory Board and he continues to make an impact on the community as a business leader.

The award is named in honor of Andy Grau and Patrick Breslin and both were on hand to present the award. Members of the Professional MBA class of 2016, Grau and Breslin founded the advisory board for the program that is dedicated to supporting recruitment, the faculty, and programming as well as the maintenance of a strong alumni network.

R.I.P. Bob Tayek. Class of 1969. Long time Cleveland Guardians announcer.

It is with great sadness we share the news that our longtime public address announcer, Bob Tayek, has passed away today.

For nearly three decades, Bob was the voice of Progressive Field, welcoming generations of fans to Cleveland baseball with warmth, professionalism and a presence that became part of the ballpark experience. Please keep Bob’s family, friends and all who worked alongside him in your thoughts during this difficult time.

Tonight, with deep sadness, we share the passing of our dear friend and longtime KSVY brother of the airwaves, Bill Stallings, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Bill was a beloved voice of KSVY Sonoma 91.3 FM — host of Tasty Nuggets and The RoxFiles, voice of weather and announcements, mentor, music lover, and a true steward of our community radio. His warmth, cranky spirit, and intense, artful passion for sharing music and connection across the airwaves touched so many of us. We love Bill and this will take a minute . . . but we got this.

We send our love and condolences to his sister Rhonda, his family, friends, and all who loved him.

Rest easy, Bill. We love you.
