Join the Bainbridge Island Land Trust and Bainbridge Pride for a leisurely guided nature walk through Rockaway Bluff Preserve as we explore fascinating examples of q***r ecology among native species. 🌈Join Bainbridge Pride in the Bainbridge Island Grand Old Fourth Parade!🌈

🪴Our “Rooted in Pride” parade entry is a garden inspired celebration of community and belonging. 🌿🪴

🌻The theme is all about how people and communities thrive when they’re supported, welcomed, and allowed to grow.🫶

✨We invite everyone to create an array of colorful, flowers and blooms. 🌼🌸
Expect lots of color, creativity, and pride🌈

🫶For those participants for whom walking is challenging, we will have plenty of space to accommodate in the truck!

✨We’re going to have a volunteer party next week to make our costumes and decorations- It’ll be fun! 🫟🎨

*️⃣All participants will wear a Bainbridge Pride t shirt so please wear one if you have one- any style! (If you don’t have one message Heather or Derek and we’ll get you one.)

Thank you for joining us for Bainbridge Pride Fest 2026 !

LGBTQ+ people experience disproportionate housing discrimination and homelessness. One in five transgender people in the US has been discriminated against and one in ten has been evicted because of their gender identity. The stats are even more dire with LGBTQ+ and trans youth and people of color.

HRB believes that everyone deserves a home to have pride in.

We were thrilled to take part in Bainbridge Pride and proclaim our commitment to inclusion. And of course, how fun to join the party and spread the joy that can only exist when people take pride in who they are.
