Another hot end of week. Please stay cool and look after each other. It will be in the 100s starting tomorrow into the weekend.
Hydrate often!!!

Please be safe today and the rest of the week working outside. Drink plenty of water and take frequent breaks. Go into cool areas if you feeling weak or dizzy.
Don’t overdo it!
If you feel like you’re going to pass out or you’re not sweating call 911 and get medical help.
Wear light clothing and plenty of sunscreen!
Takes care of yourself and each other!!

It’s going to be dangerously hot this week please check on your fellow veterans to see if they are ok and have plenty to drink and fans if they need them.
Heat index’s are going to be between 110 and 114 degrees.

As veterans we must watch over others in this upcoming heat wave. Please contact our shut in’s and older veterans to make sure they have what they need to stay cool. NC can be brutal in the summer with heat and humidity.
Please help me keep check on our elderly.
