The board is also hosting a public meeting for all property owners on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 12:00 - 2:00. It will include a community potluck and time to discuss the property owner’s association and the goals of the association. It will include an update on our work with the State and the Pond, Firewise, the overall health of the association and goals to preserve our 22 acres of open space. We are looking for someone to lead the Firewise efforts starting this summer.

The Mountain Pine Beetle infestation has turned many trees in our area red and caused widespread damage. We've also seen firsthand the devastating effects when no action is taken to control its spread.

To help you combat this destructive pest, Fire Adapted Bailey (FAB), with the support of a generous grant from Choose Outdoors, has created a brief 10-minute video. This video explains which trees are most vulnerable, how to identify signs of infestation, and the steps you can take to halt its progression.
