Would anyone in the association be interested in trying to get natural gas to our development? I spoke with DTE today, and it sounds like the closest gas main is at M-37 and White Rd, which isn't that far from us. I see we have 4 homes in the development now, and my husband and I are hoping to build by the end of the year. Do we know if there are any more homes planned to go up in the development in the next year or two?

Let's try this again: we need to cut and burn a lot of brush along the road so we can keep it mowed and looking good. Mostly along Westveer lane. I have a chainsaw. If you are willing to show up and help, then we won't have to bill anyone for the cleanup.
It would be great if we could set a date, spend the morning cutting and burning, and then have a cookout and get to know each other.

Also, I (Brian Lorenz) am planning a fishing Invitational at Half Moon for Saturday, June 7th. It will be a fund raiser to benefit Christianity Outdoors. This a great ministry that takes kids hunting and fishing and teaches them about conservation in a Christ-centered way. We have room for a couple more boats.
