We hope this update finds you well! Thank you so much for your continued prayers and donations to help support this mission. We could not do this without your help, support and prayers. Here are a few updates that have been going on.

* A new board of directors from Bailey Christian Church (BCC) was formed in January 2025.

* The home for orphans and widows currently supports 25 boys and 8 girls as well as 7 widows.

* Due to safety reasons per India’s government, the home had to be moved in June to a new temporary location. The new temporary home is closer to the church and easier for Madhukar and Sony to monitor/support. It is located close to a police station, which provides more safety for them. They currently are in the process of finding a permanent location. The boys are living in the temporary home, and the girls with the widows are staying at the church.

* The children began school in June and have adjusted well to their new living arrangements and are liking their new school. Part of your support provided uniforms and school supplies. All the children are grateful for your show of support.

* We are currently working on an updated website with more information for you to keep up on what is happening there.

* Fundraisers are being planned soon to continue to raise support for this mission.

PRAYER REQUEST FROM ENOCH AND STELA: Please pray for brother David, my father in-law, as his situation is getting critical day by day. He had 2000ml water removed today. Digestion isnt happening. He started losing hair and losing weight. Our Hope is just in the lord to take the pain from his body.

As many of you know, Lisa and I just returned from our trip to Hyderabad, India. We were able to take part in Enoch and Stella Bylla’s wedding. What a beautiful wedding! We participated in some of the week-long events leading up to the wedding, as well. I’ll tell you, folks in India sure know how to celebrate!
CHANGES MINISTRIES
In addition to the wedding, Lisa and I were able to see first-hand the work that Enoch is doing with his new Changes Ministries. He has been discipling a group of 6 young leaders, some of whom came from a Hindu background into faith in Jesus, and others who came through connection with Renewed Hope India children’s home. Enoch’s ministry is off to a great start! We are so proud of him and look forward to seeing what God has in store for the church of India as a result of his training ministry.

RENEWED HOPE INDIA (Home for children and widows)
We were also able to visit the children’s home run by Madhukar and Sony Bylla and see the young people who are being fed, clothed, and given an opportunity to get a good education. Moreover, these young people are being introduced to Jesus. In fact, two of the young men that Enoch is training for ministry have grown up at the home and have come to Christ through RHI.
One of those young men is Ramesh. He did the bulk of our driving for us while we were in India. Believe me, you don’t want to have to drive in India! So, we were glad to have him behind the wheel. Madhukar is developing Ramesh into a strong servant with a vision for the kingdom of God. Another young man who is part of Enoch’s disciple group is married to Angel, one of the first girls who grew up at Renewed Hope India. Through their relationship, he came to know Christ, and he is now studying to go deeper in his faith and ministry!
I am sharing this with you for two reasons. The first reason is because Bailey Christian Church played a key role in starting Renewed Hope India. In fact, this ministry was essentially a partnership between Horeb House of Prayer church in Hyderabad, India, and Bailey Christian Church. It began with a God moment in which Lisa Penwell and Sony Bylla met at a children’s ministry conference in Chicago. Out of that meeting, Renewed Hope India was born, and over the past decade, many children and widows have been loved in the name of Jesus.
The second reason is because the home—which currently houses about 40 young people and 5 widows—is in desperate need of financial help right now. Over the past year, support has waned, but the ministry has continued on. The current shortfall is about $1,000 per month. The board of RHI has been in discussion about the future of the home and is looking for ways to help see the children through to May when they finish their school year. As you think about Christmas or year-end giving, would you consider a special gift for the home to help them through the next several months? Moreover, if you would like to partner with the ministry on a monthly basis to help see the work beyond this May, that would be great, as well!

We whole heartedly thank you on behalf of Renewed Hope India for your support and brought us this far in supporting us with what God has laid on our heart on helping the orphans and widows. We wanted to let you know that your support has raised a number of orphans and widows While our presence and physical support has been helping them grow in a healthy and a godly community your financial support has been helping run the orphanage. As we remembered all our supporters as one family we wanted to wish you all a very happy christmas on behalf of all the children and widows to all your families. May God bless you abundantly and make you a blessing to many people around your community and in India.

RHI has some extra expenses above the regular monthly need. They have things like health insurance for Maduhkar and Sony and school supplies because the school year has started. They need $1900 in the next month. If you feel led to help fulfill this need, please go to our website

One of the home students received top honors at school, and was awarded a gold medal. His mother and the home parents, Mrs. Chitra and Mr. Sagar, stood with him for the presentation. All of the students from the home secured 1st class marks and we're promoted to the next class level.

Thank you for your support! Your faithfulness helps make these things possible, and allows for the gospel to permeate the lives of these children and widows.

Good evening everyone, Our 10 class students have their final tests from April 2 so kindly keep them in your prayers ,and other kids have from April third week. Hot summer had started so it's a half a day schools for kids .
