The Clearwater County 4-H Horse Project

The Clearwater County 4-H Horse Project The Clearwater County 4-H Horse Project is dedicated to teaching youth more about their horses and building good horsemanship skills.

Members also create great friendships and leadership qualities. We currently have monthly meetings, training clinics in summer months and project bowl . The Horse Project also hosts an annual invitational Horse show in June. The Clearwater County 4-H Horse Project is open to youth grades 3-12.

These three cowgirls competed at the MN state horse this last weekend and did great! Had tons of fun and learned from their new experiences. They competed in their completed grade level in four different events (barrels, jumping figure 8, poles, and keyhole). Each class has about 45 kids from across the state. We are very proud of these girls they showed great sportsmanship and took great care of their horses. Big thank you to our sponsors for helping with this opportunity.
