Tracey Harwood is our June Employee of the Month
Since joining Thumb Industries in 2020, Tracey has worked her way up to become the Assistant Director of Industrial Operations. Through her dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence, she has become an invaluable part of the team. Tracey is always willing to go above and beyond in any situation and consistently demonstrates outstanding leadership and support to those around her.
In addition to her role at the work service center, Tracey is highly involved in the many fundraising activities that Thumb Industries hosts throughout the community. Her positive attitude, teamwork, and passion for helping others make a lasting impact every day.
We are very lucky to have Tracey as part of the Thumb Industries family.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted.

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we also take a moment to reflect with gratitude on those who never made it home.
