We will be having our end of the season meeting on September 23rd at 6:30 p.m. in the Expo building. We invite all volunteers and rider families to join us. We appreciate constructive feedback as well as what you liked about the season so we can begin planning for next year! If you’re not able to make the meeting please still reach out with your thoughts.

Hi! We wanted to provide an update as our 2026 PEP season begins to wind down. We have regular PEP classes scheduled for July 29th and August 5th and our show for fair this year is on August 8th, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Our show is short and sweet so please be there on time. Please sign up to volunteer for the rest of our dates if you haven’t yet! Our banquet to celebrate the end of our season will also be on August 5th at 6:00 p.m., with classes following our meal. The group will be providing hot dogs and pulled pork. Families of the riders will be providing side dishes and desserts. All volunteers please come to eat as a small “thank you” for all your efforts!
