The new 2026-27 4-H program year has started. Previous 4-H youth members and adult 4-H volunteer leaders can now re-enroll in 4-H Online by going to https://v2.4honline.com.

Please remember that all youth (including cloverbuds) and adult 4-H leaders MUST be re-enrolled and active in the 4-H Online before they can attend any 4-H meetings, 4-H events and 4-H activities. No exceptions!

Any questions, please contact the MSU Extension Office at 989-269-9949 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday. However, the MSU Extension Office in Bad Axe will be closed this Monday, September 7th for Labor Day.

As I reflect on last week & how incredible fair week was, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the following people:

Wow! Just wow…
Our community is the best!
What an amazing & fun packed week as our talented youth were able to showcase their many projects (from the work done with their animals to the many creations made or grown with their hands).
Watching their smiles & how they stood a little taller with pride as they spoke about their hardwork was the best!
Thank you to all who made this week possible.

ATTENTION - All youth and adult fair exhibitors in the 4-H and FFA Building, project exhibits are to be picked up tonight (8/15) between 8 pm and 9 pm. Fair rule - ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY RELEASES!

If you cannot pick up your project exhibits tonight, kindly ask someone else to pick up for you between 8 pm and 9 pm.

The 4-H and FFA Building will not be open on Sunday. Please contact the MSU Extension Office Monday-Friday between 8 am and 4 pm at 989-269-9949 if you have any questions.

Current 4-H youth members and current 4-H volunteers, please remember to pick up your free 4-H t-shirt compliments of the Huron County 4-H Council. They are in the 4-H building until 9 p.m. today and tomorrow.

Youth exhibitors auctioning off a craft project in the 4-H Craft Auction on Saturday, August 15th, please be at the 4-H & FFA Building between 8:30-8:45 am on Saturday to pick up your craft project and take it over to the Hagen Show/Sale Barn.

4-H youth and adult 4-H volunteers, if you have not picked up your complimentary 4-H t-shirt, please stop by the 4-H/FFA Building at the fairgrounds in Bad Axe and pick up your free t-shirt.

The 4-H/FFA Building is open until 9 pm tonight or between 11 am and 9 pm Friday and Saturday (August 14 - 15).
