SELF DEFENSE CLASSES FOR WOMEN

KIWANIS CLUB OF DEER PARK-NORTH BABYLON

This is a fantastic class to learn how to defend yourself.
The class is being taught by Black Belt instructors, who will
teach you very simple methods to escape a “would be attacker”
There are no strenuous exercises or moves. It is a
fantastic class, to help defend yourself and your family,
whether you are 20 or 80.

NO FEE for classes or materials
