SELF DEFENSE CLASSES FOR WOMEN

KIWANIS CLUB OF DEER PARK-NORTH BABYLON

This is a fantastic class to learn how to defend yourself.
The class is being taught by Black Belt instructors, who will
teach you very simple methods to escape a “would be attacker”
There are no strenuous exercises or moves. It is a
fantastic class, to help defend yourself and your family,
whether you are 20 or 80.

NO FEE for classes or materials

The Great South Bay Kiwanis Club has been busy helping our community with Thanksgiving. We distributed more than 26 turkeys this year to those who could not afford to buy a turkey. We wish all of our friends, family, and supporters a very Happy Thanksgiving. May you have a joyous holiday!
