We are volunteers traveling to Poland/Ukraine in Aug '24 to provide aid to Ukrainians. Pls donate. We are seeking donations to PlebeianHelpers Inc. Hang in there.

We are a group of 20 American volunteers preparing to travel to Poland and Ukraine in August 2023 to provide humanitarian aid to Ukrainian civilians in need. We have been inspired by the character and courage of the Ukrainian people and feel compelled to take action to help them, even if in only relatively modest ways. to purchase food and supplies for the Ukrainian people devastated by Russia's u

We have experience. In the Summer of 2022, 9 PlebeianHelpers raised over $55,000 to deliver food and supplies to refugees in Poland and Ukrainian civilians throughout Ukraine and we made the following special provisions inside Ukraine: food packages for about 500 families in Beresnequvate, Ukraine, school supplies for 1000 children in Lutzk, Ukraine, and 98 winter coats for children in eastern Ukraine. PlebeianHelpers Inc. is a Not-For-Profit Corporation organized under the laws of New York and tax exempt under IRS Section 503(c)3.

100% of any public donations to PlebeianHelpers Inc. will be used for the benefit of the people receiving our assistance. Our volunteers cover the administration costs for PlebeianHelpers Inc. None of the Directors, Officers or Volunteers of PlebeianHelpers Inc. receive payments or benefits of any kind. We pay for our own lodging, meals and transportation, including the flights between the US and Poland. Millions of Ukrainian civilians continue to suffer as a result of this horrific war. If we help sustain them, we’re thinking that we’re also sending them a message: “We're still with you. We honor your amazing courage in defending your sovereignty. We are standing with you against the monstrous Russians committing international crimes in your country.”

Please Help Ukrainian Civilians on Giving Tuesday

Ukrainian civilians continue to suffer terribly as much of the world appears ready to abandon them. PlebeianHelpers volunteers will be going to Ukraine for the 6th time to provide aid for the Ukrainians. We provide them with food and basic living supplies, including generators to provide power and heat during the winter. We have provided school supplies for 2,000 Ukrainian children surviving in the conflict zone (see photo). In 2026, we will work with other aid organizations to reconstruct their homes, schools and medical facilities. We will purchase ambulances and medical equipment for their rescue and treatment.

SPECIAL THANKS from PlebeianHelpers for Ukraine

Special thanks to the well over 500 supporters who have donated more than $325,000 since we began our trips to Ukraine and Poland in April 2022. In addition to the enormous amount of food, supplies and services we have been able to purchase and deliver to Ukrainian civilians who are suffering as a result of the war, we have been able to use these funds to purchase an ambulance, hospital beds, other medical equipment and devices, school supplies for over 2000 children in the conflict zone and small power generators for Ukrainian families to use in their homes. Our 25 volunteers have spent over $100,000 of their own money on travel, food and lodging in addition to their own donations for the Ukrainians.

We are trying to raise funds for our next trip in August 2024. 100% of the funds PlebeianHelpers receives will be used for the Ukrainians, who suffer now more than ever. Helping Ukrainian Civilians

Hello everyone. My wife Beth and I and approximately 20 other volunteers for the non-profit PlebeianHelpers Inc. will travel to Poland and western Ukraine in August 2024 to purchase and deliver food and supplies for Ukrainian refugees and Ukrainian civilians suffering inside Ukraine. 100% of the donations we receive will be used for Ukrainians in need. Our volunteers pay for their own travel, lodging and food expenses and we cover all the administration costs for administering the charity.

We have experience. This is our fourth trip. In 2023, 23 PlebeianHelpers raised over $150,000 to purchase at discount and deliver over $220,000 of food and supplies to Ukrainian refugees and Ukrainian civilians suffering throughout Ukraine.

PlebeianHelpers for Ukraine would like to thank the 266 donors contributing approximately $145,000 in support of our trip in late August to Ukraine and Poland to provide food, supplies and equipment for Ukrainians suffering as a result of the war. Thanks to the enormity of your support, we also have been able to provide the following special items for the Ukrainians: an ambulance, hospital beds, other medical supplies, tourniquets, water purification pills, school supplies for 1,000 children near the conflict zones, and generators for war family veterans.

Further donations could support the reconstruction of a hospital and an underground blood donation facility near Kherson.

As the saying goes, it takes a village. Beyond the vital support we receive from our volunteers and donors, we are equally indebted to our NGO and charitable partners operating within Ukraine and Poland. Over the next few weeks, we’ll highlight some of those incredible organizations, starting with our friends at UAid Direct.

This August will be our second opportunity to work alongside the staff and volunteers of UAid Direct as we partner to send food, medical supplies, and hygiene items to the hardest hit regions within Ukraine. During last month’s devastating floods in southern Ukraine, UAid Direct’s swift response provided civilians with access to clean drinking water and water purification tablets. It’s an honor to be part of their life-saving efforts!

From the very beginning, our mission has been to improve the lives of Ukrainian civilians who have been so profoundly affected by Russia’s invasion and the now years-long war on their soil.

That may mean delivering much-needed supplies like food and clothing or simply showing our solidarity and support amid the devastation. By working hand-in-hand with partner NGOs and local charities, we ensure that every bit of our effort and your donations directly impact those most in need of help.

This photo, showing PlebeianHelper volunteers along with representatives of the Golgotha Church in Rivne, Ukraine, was taken in July 2022 during our first large-scale mission to distribute supplies to Ukrainian refugees living in Poland and Western Ukraine. Our next trip will take place this August and we’re proud to say that we will have three times the number of volunteers and are on track to double our donations, enabling us to have an even bigger impact.
