Wow, what an incredible fundraiser yesterday! With heartfelt thanks to Chief Mountain Honey, Babbtized Barista, many friends and neighbors, and of course our hosts at the Park Cabin Company, we raised $588 in cash from the bake sale and over $700 in direct donations to the Foundation.
More importantly, we helped provide a treasure-trove of free books to local kiddos courtesy of Lisa Libraries and got to sit in on some truly lovely conversations with locals, summer folks, and tourists alike. All while squeals of laughter emanated from the water features, bubble zone, pet goats, and face painting station.
Couldn’t have happened without our lead organizer and her many spreadsheets- thanks Claire Stone!

The BABB Foundation was very pleased to recently work with the Montana DNRC on an Arbor Day Celebration at our local Head Start Facility. We applied for and administered a $350 grant that provided for three Weeping Birch Trees, snacks and refreshments, as well as Blue Spruce Saplings for every kid in Babb. We sure appreciate the help from the Msu Glacier County Extension Office in getting our trees in the ground and for the educational hands-on experience for the kiddos.
