READY FOR THE WEEK?! Whether you “start” your week on a Monday or not, the day before can always come with some added anxiety, but doing a few small things can help you ease into it feeling ready!
🎉CELEBRATE LAST WEEKS WINS! big or small, find something you did last week that made you feel good. Take the time to celebrate you!
✍🏽SET SMALL GOALS! Separate goals into categories- personal, professional, family, etc. Maybe you want to get out and walk more or research new job opportunities. Whatever it is, it’s important to write them down and set aside time to accomplish them!
☝🏽ORGANIZE! Maybe it’s picking out clothes for the week, making a meal plan, creating a to-do list or simply taking time to look over your schedule for the week. Organizing it all can help you see the bigger picture for the week!
🧘♀️SELF-CARE! this can be so tough to get in, BUT you can’t pour from an empty cup! Caring for your family or deadlines at work…they’re all important, but making some time for yourself throughout the week is important too. Read a book, take a walk listening to your favorite music, spend time outside…whatever brings you peace! ✨
