This school year has been both busy and exciting! We've started working with Koogler Middle School on Fridays after lunch. Four C Inspire has a new director, and the direction has been fantastic so far. The lessons have been engaging, and we've welcomed new mentors who have joined our classes—thank you so much! However, we still need more volunteer mentors to support our efforts. A heartfelt thank you to the schools—Koogler Middle School, Pinion Hills Academy, and Vista Nueva—for giving us the opportunity to mentor these amazing students!

This is Kevin who brings a rare sort of dedication to our INspire group. I am so proud of his participation and the way he totally connects to our students.

Thank you Cody and Leah Stovall for hosting our Four C Inspire Mentors Appreciation party at Escapeology. That was so much fun... and so generous!

And thank you, also, to Larry Tune and his friend Ben for hand crafting our personalized gifts. I know you both spent a lot of time doing that.

Classes start again in mid-August, so let's all have a great summer, and we'll see you again in August!

Four C Inspire had an end of year party for all our students. What wonderful year we have had with these students these are pictures of the fun. Thank you Mr. Kienitz for taking pictures, I was suppose to but was having fun instead.

Four C Inspire has been invited to return to Koogler middle school for the 24/25 school year after an absence since Covid. We will need enough mentors for 6 or 7 more classes, over 550 students. We bring together our personal passions and resources to provide social and emotional learning. Four C Inspire's goal is better academic performance from our local teens.
Please, in the few weeks left, accompany us as a co-mentor, we would love to introduce our students to you.

This week's lesson is about Empathy and Sympathy. An illustration I used for class was watching a dog chase cars to bite a tire and succeeding. Lot of different replies from the students, especially to the dog's owner. I encouraged replies that expressed Empathy rather than Sympathy.

This is a post from Jim Mcgee who is working hard for our Four C Inspire program.

My last post wasn't very successful! I checked and the past year, Inspire received only $75 from donations on their website! That was from me and Pat testing it!
The Four C Inspire program needs your help! They need Mentors and they need financing if they are going to be able to continue to offer the current programs and if there is any hope of expanding into even more schools!
What is Four C Inspire? It is a non-profit organization serving our local communities. Mentors go into local classrooms and present materials weekly during the school year. The curriculum is designed to help our local teens discover their value, build personal strength and find their purpose. The goal of the program is to improve academic performance and attitudes/behaviors, see fewer negative behaviors in our schools/community, and to reduce emotional stress our children experience.
They need your resources! A non-profit is only as effective as the community that supports it! What resources can you provide?
Mentors Needed! Can you contribute about 30-50 minutes a week to teach a lesson and develop a bond with a classroom of students? You don’t have to be a teacher! You just have to care! The lessons are done for you and supplies are provided. All you have to do is commit! If interest, you can shadow another Mentor and determine if it is for you! Contact Pat Melin if you would like to give it a try. Contact Pat at [email protected].
Finances Needed! In order to provide the supplies and cover other costs, we need your help! If you would like to see this program continue and expand to serve our youth, we encourage you to give what you can. Our website is set up to take donations through Paypal. All you have to do is go to the website, www.fourcinspire.com
If you can - please pray about it and try to commit to a monthly donation of at least $5 per month or $60 per year, we could attain their goals!
