We will be setting up for Field Day tomorrow afternoon starting at 1pm. If you are available and want to help, come on out. You will be able to participate in setting up radio stations and antennas for simulated emergency operations.

The location is the Azle Fire Department: 900 Lakeview Dr., Azle, TX 76020.

Pre-meeting dinner for this month will be at El Torito Mexican Restaurant – 11210 Azle Highway (FM 730 South) – Azle, Texas 76020. Typically, we meet for dinner starting around 5:15-5:30pm. NOTE: Verification that this business is still open is needed. Appears to be closed (see map).

Join us for Field Day 2023, June 24 - 25.

We will be setting up at the Azle Fire station, 900 Lakeview Dr., Azle Fire station. From 1pm Saturday to 1PM Sunday. Volunteers can assist with setting up stations starting Friday afternoon. The public is invited to attend and learn more about what Amateur Radio can do, in emergency situations, providing communications around the US and the World.

Operators will be available to explain what Amateur Radio is and how you can enjoy a lifetime hobby and valuable community asset.
