We would like to express our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude for the financial support you sent to the Leprosy home.
Your kindness came at a time when the needs were very real, and your generosity was a beautiful reminder that God sees every need, even before we speak of it.
The residents of the Leprosy Home live with so much pain and hardship, not only because of the illness they have endured, but also because of the loneliness and rejection that often accompany it. Your support helps us bring them not only practical assistance, but also dignity, compassion, and the assurance that they are not forgotten.
We are deeply grateful for your sensitive and generous heart. Your giving is more than financial support—it is an expression of love and compassion towards people who are often overlooked by society.
We were able to use the funds in several practical ways to bring comfort and dignity to the residents.
We repaired their cart and tricycles, which are so important for those who depend on them for their daily movement. We were also able to purchase dressing material and bandages for those living with open wounds, providing much-needed care and protection.
For the children, we provided flip flops, books and stationary that they needed. These may seem like simple things, but for them they are meaningful gifts that bring comfort and a sense of being cared for.
We were also able to make a sheltered area for them to sit and eat, giving them a place where they can take refuge during the rains and have their meals comfortably. This simple shelter has brought them a little more protection and dignity in their daily lives.
