Ready For Take Off

The DeeCilla Comfort Center was established to create further awareness to the problems of human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault. We want to create a safe place for survivors to receive a fresh start at life.

With programs designed, specifically to deal with the issues of crisis, trauma, and helping survivors to begin rebuilding their life, DeeCilla Comfort Center strives to help change lives one day at a time. We plan to make a strong and lasting impact to help our community...our neighbors.

We are starting out with awareness events designed to engage the community to take a stand for those in need of our help. So much more can be accomplished when there is a united front. Soon we wish to complete our first project, The Mike and Sylvia House of Hope.

The Mike and Sylvia House of Hope will open its doors to temporarily house women, ages 18-28, who have survived domestic violence, sexual assault, and domestic violence. This house will provide transitional living, programs, and development, and help with transitioning to a healthy independent life of freedom. We want those to enter to realize that all hope is not lost, rather joy and peace is found.
