🛡️ TAKE UP YOUR SHIELD OF FAITH!

Faith is a daily choice to put our confidence in Jesus, even when we cannot see the outcome.

Pastor Sonny reminded us to keep praying, keep trusting, and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. When doubt, fear, temptation, or accusation comes, take up your shield and stay rooted in God’s Word and His presence.

We stand together! Pray for one another, encourage one another, and stay connected to your church family.

🙏 Lord, be my shield. Equip my shield. Help me to take up my shield. Today, I choose faith in Jesus.

🥾 FITTED AND READY | The Power of the Armor, Issue #3

“And with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.” — Ephesians 6:15

Pastor Sonny reminded us that secure footing matters. The enemy looks for a foothold, but Jesus has given us peace and a victory we can stand on.

Where have you settled for being stuck?

What are you forcing that no longer fits?

Is there a back door to the past you need to close?

Spend time with God before the moment to move arrives. Pray. Open His Word. Rest in His presence. When He says go, live ready.

Save this recap, and share it with someone who needs encouragement to stand firm this week. 🥾

Are you in the cage or out? 🕊️

Pastor Norman Chandler challenged us to reject lukewarm, easy religion and step into the abundant life Jesus provides.

Sometimes the cage is not visible. It can look like fear, disappointment, comfort, compromise or the wrong influences. Even after the door opens, we can continue thinking and living like prisoners.

But Jesus did not set us free merely to stand outside the cage. He set us free to soar.

As you swipe through this recap, ask yourself:

• Has my faith become comfortable or routine?
• What has been limiting my obedience to God?
• Are the people around me encouraging me to grow?
• What area of my life do I need to surrender?
• Am I living with expectation or merely surviving?

The cage is not your home. Choose surrender. Choose obedience. Choose the abundant life. 🔥

Save this post, share it with someone who needs encouragement and revisit the full message.

Guest Pastor Norman Chandler challenged us with a hard truth in today’s message: EASY RELIGION.

God doesn’t want our religious activity, He wants our obedience.

We can attend church, serve, worship, pray, and know all the right words…and still be lukewarm.

Many things can appear right, but appearance isn’t obedience.

Following Jesus was never meant to be about choosing what’s easy or comfortable. It’s about surrender. It’s trusting God enough to obey Him even when His way requires something from us.

Obedience is better than sacrifice.

Proverbs 14:12 reminds us, “There is a way that seems right to a man…”

Not everything that feels right is God’s way. Our feelings, comfort, and understanding were never meant to lead us, God was.

Less easy religion.
More surrender.
More obedience.
More of Him.

⚔️ THE POWER OF THE ARMOR ⚔️

The battle is real—but God has not left us defenseless.

Ephesians 6 reminds us that we have been given everything we need to stand firm, stay in position, guard our minds, walk in faith, and fight from a place of victory.

🛡️ Put on the whole armor.
⚔️ Stand firm in truth.
🪖 Guard your mind.
🛡️ Take up the shield of faith.
🙏 Pray at all times.

The armor isn’t just for Sunday. Suit up daily.

You don’t have to retreat when the enemy attacks. You can stand your ground knowing the battle belongs to the Lord and Jesus has already won.

🔥 Same God. Same Victory. A Stronger You.
