It was upon the obtaining their own parent advocate, that Everett and his began to understand the gap that existed in the provision of educating parents in regard to their rights and the education, social, health resources and the law. Being a part of the Parent Advocates Network for Special Needs means enhancing an all ready existing community while at the same time strenghening its resolve to the issues, concerns and needs of those associated with special needs; be it the individuals themselves, family members, service providers, advocates, educators and many more. Always and forever moving forward and having obtained the proper tools and authorization through accreditation and association with the National Special Education Advocacy Institute; P.A.N.S. is now in a position to come to the forefront within the community with a focus of specialty in Melanic focused educational Advocacy; but also remaining inclusive.
