Our youth development program utilizes board sports to inspire girls to worry less about fitting into the glass slipper and more about shattering glass ceilings. By providing programs that naturally cultivate progress-oriented attributes we build the mental, emotional and structural foundations that foster progression in all aspects of life. PROGRESS-ORIENTED ATTRIBUTES:

bility to continue in a course of action with determination, especially in the midst of difficulty, opposition or failed attempts. CREATIVITY: A higher-order mental process that uses originality of thought, imagination and expression to effectively problem solve, as well as generate novel and innovative ideas. CREWISTENCE: A state of camaraderie that goes beyond our common understanding of 'team,' and the resulting synergy that develops when working together toward a common goal.

Join us TOMORROW from 4–6pm at Coyote Cafe for our annual Ugly Sweater Party supporting Duchess Ride — a nonprofit mentorship program empowering young girls on snowboards, skateboards, and surfboards.

Expect festive fun, a raffle, giveaways, and some truly questionable sweater choices.
