As we sit back today and think of all the things that have happened and lament that we are under quarantine,
Let us thank those who have gone before us and paved our way to have this luxury,
that we so desperately want returned.
America is the home of the brave and the land of the free, but freedom is not free, and bravery is only for those who have the will and determination that was once was portrayed to us
by the only one who can save everyone.
History begins and dates are marked by the death of only one.
The world turns and the sun falls everyday because of the orders of only one.
The tide ebbs and flows, and the birds sing their songs, to only one.
Our lives and our children’s lives were the creation of only one.
Our future and our past are the property of only one.
This country and others like it will all come to the realization that there is only one.
Jesus Christ who defeated death and whose resurrection we celebrate year after year, until His triumphant return. And yet HE
Stands at the door of your heart and knocks to be let in. When He could just knock it down and force His way in,
He awaits your choice, your decision.
So while we sit back today and eat with our families and feel as if we have earned what we have,
let’s remember the truth, it all came with a price that we could never pay.
We have nothing that is not given to us by our Lord; everything we have can be taken away in a moment.
Our lives are but a whisper and a v***r, as proven by this silly little virus.
Our world is upside down and all the things we thought meant stability are shaken to the core.
World Markets, World Leaders and yes even our hero’s of the past,
none of that means anything and will be gone one day soon.
You will see those scared hands and feet again; will you be happy and ready to begin your glorious life with Jesus as King?
or will you be sad because you lived your life your way and never knew Him.
They will be beautiful scars to some and to the rest it will be too late and only regret and death await.
He who knew you first and loved you even before you were in your mother’s womb
is awaiting your choice. Are you ready to meet Him? You have a choice of life or death. Choose Christ.
Choose The One.
