We don’t always have words… please know that you are seen. You are valid. You belong. You are an incredible person for living as best you can. We grieve those lost, those injured, and those who are facing the terror of living as a LGBTQQIA+ person in a hateful, hostile world.
Reach out to your support network. Talk to a friend. Rewatch your favorite show. Listen to your emotions and express them as safely as possible. Self care is essential. And then… then we keep fighting until every one of us is safe to be who they are.
